1. Introduction & Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings, safari permits, accommodation, and tour packages arranged by Ranthambore Ticket (operated by Dilkhush Saini & Kamal Saini). By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Park Closure Notice

Tiger safari remains closed on Tuesdays (Zone 6–10) and Wednesdays (Zone 1–5) as per Ranthambore Tiger Reserve regulations. The park is also closed from July 1 to September 30 during the monsoon season.

2. General Terms for Tour Packages

  • Packages displayed on our website may not be available for long weekends, festivals, holidays, Christmas, or New Year unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
  • Base category rooms are provided by default. Upgrades are subject to availability and will be charged extra, payable directly at the hotel.
  • Standard hotel check-in is 12:00 Noon and check-out is 11:00 AM (may vary slightly by property). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • You must provide the correct ages of all travellers at the time of booking. Incorrect ages may result in penalties from hotels or safari authorities.
  • If the preferred room category is unavailable, we will arrange accommodation of a similar standard at no extra cost.
  • For triple occupancy, one extra mattress or rollaway bed may be provided, subject to hotel policy.
  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel or safari charges, or fuel surcharges will be communicated by email or phone prior to your travel date and will be payable by you.
  • Ranthambore Ticket is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage or personal belongings during the tour.
  • We reserve the right to make necessary changes to itineraries or safaris for operational or safety reasons. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide suitable alternatives of equal value.

3. Safari Booking Terms

3.1 Standard Safari (Gypsy / Canter)
  • Payment: Safari payments are non-refundable once the permit is confirmed and issued by the Forest Department, as per government rules.
  • Monsoon Closure: If the park is officially closed due to rain, refunds will be processed as follows: Gypsy – 75% refund, Canter – 65% refund. No refund if permit is already issued.
  • Vehicle Replacement: If a Canter is replaced with a Gypsy (or vice versa) due to operational reasons, the price difference will be refunded to you.
3.2 Tatkal / Current Bookings
  • Confirmation for Tatkal slots may be sent one day prior (morning slots) or on the same day (evening slots).
  • If the safari is not confirmed, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
  • If the safari is confirmed, no refund applies.
  • Cancellation by customer before confirmation: 25% fee for Gypsy, 35% fee for Canter.
3.3 Chambal Boat Safari
  • The amount paid for Chambal Boat Safari is non-refundable once booked, due to fixed boat and guide costs.
3.4 Technical Errors / Non-Availability
  • If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, the full amount for that service will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Tour Package Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of tour packages (including hotels + safaris) are subject to the following charges based on days before arrival. The arrival day is not counted.

  • Booking or holding amount is non-refundable.
  • If a permit is not generated for a package booking, we refund 70% of the total tour cost (GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable).
  • Refund requests must be raised within 14 days of cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Separate cancellation rules may apply during peak seasons (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year); the applicable policy will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Payment Policy

  • We accept Credit / Debit Cards, UPI, Direct Bank Deposit, and PayPal.
  • A 50% advance may be required to hold a booking on a confirmed basis, with the remaining 50% payable on arrival or before the tour start.
  • 100% advance payment is also accepted and may make you eligible for additional benefits or early-bird discounts.
  • All applicable taxes, surcharges, entry fees, and statutory charges are payable by the traveller.
  • Prices are subject to variation based on demand, especially during peak booking periods.
Price Revisions

After a package is finalized, any subsequent hikes by authorities (e.g., permit fees, museum/guide fees, taxes, fuel surcharge) will be chargeable as per actuals and communicated before travel.

6. Liabilities, Force Majeure & Jurisdiction

6.1 Our Liability

Ranthambore Ticket shall provide the services as agreed. We are responsible for the quality of our services but not for circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Force Majeure

Ranthambore Ticket is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Strikes / protests
Park closures by authorities
Technical failures
Hotel overbooking

While we will attempt to arrange suitable alternatives, refunds or compensation are not guaranteed in such circumstances.

6.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.

7. Declaration & Important Notes

Ranthambore Ticket is a private travel agency. We are not authorized by, nor affiliated with, the Ranthambore Forest Department. Our services include booking safaris, arranging hotel accommodations, coordinating transport, and facilitating reservations on behalf of customers. We operate independently and charge a reasonable service fee for our expertise and facilitation.

Provisional Reservations

All reservations for facilities within the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve (including entry and stay) are provisional and may be modified or cancelled by the Field Director without assigning any reason. As per park rules, there is no cancellation, rescheduling, or refund for any confirmed safari permit once issued.

By booking with Ranthambore Ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein, as well as the applicable rules of the Forest Department and other authorities.
